Online ordering?

Ever since Nic's accident, he seems convinced that crickets have magically transformed into soul-eating demons. He won't go near them. Waxworms, on the other hand, are like crack to him. I don't want to keep him on the waxworms for long, as they're so fatty, and I've seen on this forum that many people feed mealworms.

Can anyone recommend a reputable, quality online store for ordering mealworms in bulk? And give someone new to keeping them some helpful tips? I've only raised crickets up to this point.

Meal worms are easy. You can get them from Rainbow Mealworms i think that's what it's called. Just do a google search. Keep them in some rolled oats toss in a potato every now and again for moisture. Bam your good.

I did, and I found a place called Mulberry Farms that looks fairly reliable. I'm considering doing a mealworm/phoenix worm mix. I'll look into Rainbow, as well.

I just wanted to ask here, because a Google search won't tell you anything about how good the place is. People on forums tend to be a good source of experience, and could tell me if the delivery is slow or unreliable, if the order arrives mostly dead, etc.

We have bought from Rainbow, but actually I liked the way BestNest.com shipped better. The mealies came in a deli cup rather than loose in a box with egg crate. It was easier to transfer them to their chow/bedding box for longer storage. Just another suggestion for you. Both came very much alive. I can't remember the price difference.

I was just recently looking for online stores too and had found MulberryFarms too they seem to have good prices. Has anyone bought from there?
