Only one egg at a time

I have one female that only lays one egg. She has layed 3 total, but only one each time. I have heard of new breeders doing that, but not the second or 3rd clutch unless they needed more calcium.
She (Missy) eats the same thing all my other females eat (mealworms, pheonix worms, dubia roaches, and occasional crickets). I dust the mealworms, and crickets with calcium (with D3 a couple time a week), and have a calcium dish in the tank at all time.
Any ideas why she won't lay 2 eggs?

Thanks,
Carin

Do these eggs appear to be fertile? Maybe she is reabsorbing the other eggs due to her knowing they are infetile. If she is a first year breeder this could also be why.

Yes the eggs appear to be fertile. My male has bred with her several times.

I also have a few females that only lay 1-egg clutches. I think that maybe they only ovulate from one ovary, and there's not much you can do about it.

My one female usually lays 2, but there were two times when she only layed one. But she layed them closer together compared to her other clutches. She's not a first year breeder either.
