My younger Leo, Sela, has this habit of opening her mouth when she is in my hand. It's very strange, but she will rub her nose around in the palm of my hand, and then her mouth will slowly open - very wide - and then she will just rest with open jaw against my palm. She doesn't bite, doesn't even attempt to close her mouth. She just sits there with it open. It reminds me of when my sons were infants, and you could get them to open their mouths by caressing their cheek. Is this just a physical reaction?
