opened or closed egg boxes??

Hi!
I have a question about egg incubation:

The boxes with vermiculite/perlite where you put the eggs in- Do you close them or do you put the open boxes in the incubator, without a top??

Because of our new projects I have built myself now a bigger incubator, and I wonder what the best method would be to avoid condensed water dropping on the eggs..

I incubate my eggs is completely sealed containers, no holes, and open them for air exchange every week or so.
