Opens mouth and sticks out tongue?

My gecko just opened up his mouth..

occasionally sticks out his tongue and like licks his chops after I feed him is this normal?

maybe he had to yawn, i wouldn't be too concerned.

Just about all of my geckos lick their chops when they are done eating. I have only seen one gecko yawn and I actually got a pic of it. They can open their mouth very wide! Nothing to worry about.

^^HAH I love to see that. They make it go into their heads. If ou put your finger just in front of his mouth and tap his nose and chin VERY lightly, he will lick you to see how you taste.
