Opinions on Rack Size

Hey All,

First time poster but have been watching the forums alot lately.

I have decided after many years to get back into Leopard Geckos and with all the morphs that are available these days i would like to have a small breeding group. I dont want to become a major breeder but would like to have about 4-6 geckos of different morphs and just enjoy keeping them again but also look forward to the rewards that breeding can bring.

Unfortunately i am a bit tight for space as i had to move back home. I recently picked up a male SHCTB (pictures to be posted soon) and he is living in an exo terra fine at the moment.

But as mentioned i would like to have anywhere in the region of 4-6 geckos but i will more than likely house them all on their own. I know with some large scale breeders they have their Rack systems and TUBs etc. What i can get my hands on is a wooden viv stack but what i want is opinions on is the size of it and wheter you all think it will be ok or just too small for each gecko plain and simple.

It will be 5ft H x 2ft W x 1ft D. So basically each enclosure will be 2ft W x 1ft D. I know its a little on the small side but size really is a factor here and the viv would suit perfectly in size. I obviously wont go ahead with this but this would really be the idea size and solution to my space problems.

Let me know please if you think its just too small plain and simple, or if you think because they will be housed individually and will have all their needs in terms of hides / temperatures / humidity that it would be ok.

Thanks!
