Orange spot in tank?

Lizzie got a new moist hide from Santa and she has been spending alot of time in there. I use paper towel and she is going to shed anytime now. Today when I took the top off the hide there was a small bright orange spot on the paper towel. Any idea what it is and should I be worried??
