ordered my gecko! and a question about gutloading

well the lady should be emailing me back any second to tell me what morphs are avaliable. the vivarium is all sorted the temps are ok ive got everything i need! i bought some mealies and crickets today so i can gutload them for friday!! i put some carrot and cucumber in each tub and a couple of cubes of cat food. they have also got some gutloading food its called progrub like a brown dust. the mealies and crickets are eating all three bits of food. i would like to know what you use for gutloading and a nice list of what can be used please.

Yeah, the link Lyndsey posted seems to be the most recommended. I would say to get Cody's gut load from that link and once in a while throw in some carrots, oranges, potatos, etc. They need some type of water source at some point. Here is my routine:

1) Buy mealworms
2) Take them out of what the pet store has them in to gutload on a water source like I listed above.
3) Put them in a container with a good amount of dry gutload (will be ordering Cody's once mine runs out) for a few hours and then put them in the fridge.
4) Take them out about once a week to warm up and eat some more
5) Repeat step 4 until they are gone.
