ordering bulk frozen feeders?

has anyone ever recived a box of stinky defrosted rat's? u caint re freeze them to feed to youre snakes later can u? it probably would not be healthy? this happened to me once a long time ago and i almost died when i got the 1st wiff. i through'em away. the reason i ask is cause i orderd bulk again and this time i ordered from a big company that states they use dry ice when packing. here it is almost 4 pm and still no feeders and the trck status is out 4 delivery! i am wondering what do i do when i get this order and it turns out to be a defrosted batch?????????? anyone

Most of the bigger companies will guarantee frozen shipments. Check out the policy page. If they don't come in perfect condition, ask for a refund, toss them, or find a company that will absolutely guarantee perfect delivery.
