Thank you , Its crushed walnut shells , have read that this is not the best for geckos but we have had nothing but good success. Have never seen her ingest it after crickets, and it conforms to her body when she is a "lounge lizard" Holds heat well .

I have no experience with it, so I can't say. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't calcium sand.
