I'm getting a new male in soon, an Enigma het bell, and I have a few plans for him.

Nova project maybe?
Enigma het bell male X het raptor female...I don't know if him being het bell would mess anything up in this, and I know I wouldn't hatch Novas out from the get-go.

Enigma het bell X normal
50% enigmas het bell
50% normals
Guessing?

I don't think I have any more females I'll cross with him, at least for now.

The only way to do a Nova project with them would be to make a bunch of females and breed them to an unrelated Nova project gecko... If you're lucky some will prove to be het Tremper and Eclipse thus producing Novas... The following season you can prove out your Novas to be het Bell or pure Tremper... If you're looking for an experiment, by all means go for it, but make sure you keep excellent records and disclose background info on any gex released...

Just a suggestion, maybe try and get an Enigma het Tremper instead of het Bell...

Not exactly:

Enigma het bell X normal:

25% enigmas het Bell
25% enigmas
25% normals
25% normal het Bell

The problem is that you wouldn't know which of the enigmas or which of the normals would be the hets... to the enigmas would be 50% possible het Bell, and the normals would also be 50% possible het Bells.

Since the Enigma is het Bell, you would need Tremper RAPTOR genes to create a 'Nova'. Why not try and get a female het RADAR?

I think the outcome of an Enigma het Bell x Normal crossing would be:

50% Enigma het Bell
50% Normal het Bell

You can't get any hatchlings from this pairing that aren't het Bell. :main_no:

And, say if the Enigma is 100% het Bell (that is, one of the Enigma's parents was a Bell Albino). Then the resulting offspring are either:

Enigma 50% het Bell
~or~
Normal 50% het Bell

I do agree with the Nova comments though. You need to get RAPTOr genetics in there somewhere along the line. :main_yes: Hope this helps!

Well, I have a female het for raptor. Don't know if I should breed her with him, then breed back, or breed her with my het raptor male, then breed the female offspring to the enigma.

He's %100 het bell (enigma). Thanks!

I would personally not cross the two albino strains... Its just too complicated and will get to confusing breeding those double hets together. Your best bet would be to buy a RAPTOR male or a Enigma Het RAPTOR... and start your Nova project with 0% Bell Genes.

1) Varying Degrees of Tangs Het for RW

2) Varying Degrees of Tangs Het for Tremper Albino and Patternless.

Awesome, that's what I thought. Still trying to get a hang of the morphs and genetics.

Firewaters=Tangerine Rainwaters, correct? I may try producing these, guessing I'd have to breed the offspring back to mom? Same if I wanted to produce Tang Trempers?
