Can a female leopard gecko get pregnant even if she's not ovulating yet? I want to breed my female but shes not yet ovulating. (Note: female is 50grams and male is 53grams). Is there even a chance they would mate?

At that weight they will breed. Most breeders use 50g as the absolute minimum weight for a breeding female. With that said, if a female is not ovulating, she will often refuse the male. This could lead to fights and wounds. Sometimes, though, she'll be receptive. Females can store sperm (which is why they only need to breed once to produce multiple clutches) so you can be successful, but in my opinion, it is better to wait until she is ovulating to avoid the risk of fights.
