ovulation question.

so once you see that a female is ovulating, how long usually till she will lay the eggs?

ehh not really a good question.
She can ovulate and not lay eggs. Sometimes geckos will start to produce eggs and then reabsorb them.
If she has been fertilized by a male and becomes gravid(produces eggs inside of her), then it can be anywhere from 2-5 weeks.

its been at least 3 weeks now. i just wanted to make sure she is not egg bound. i can see eggs and they arent far from the vent area.

I guess the question that I have then is....how long does the female stay ovulating.....when she is receptive to a male?

It really depends on the female. It could be 2-5 months before she stops.
