just wondering if anyone test the ph in there water I just tried 3 different types of water 1: tap 2: poland spring 3: poland spring w/cal.supplement(suppose to nutralize the water) and they all went str8 to dark red(not good) I don't think thet are working right I just grabed them from work so I have no idea how old they are. I was just wondering what ph levels are suppose to be?

A good pH for most fish is 7.0(neutral level) but this varies from species to species. You could most likely pick up some dip-strips from your local pet store to test your pH. Hope that helps.
