because he thinks with his stomach!
I bought these plastic clear condiment cups at the store last week. My cresties and garg don't "get it" yet, but NOTHING is going to keep Pablo from getting what he wants.:D
I got done feeding the cresties and garg last night, and Ben says, "You wanna see something cute? Go get your camera. Pablo's going to eat some roaches!"

Ben took him out of his cage, had the cup of roaches for Pablo, set it down on the bed, and Pablo immediately made way for the cup.

"OH, oh! Iz NOMZ for me!"

Sorry, this pic is really not in focus, but I think it's so cool watching them snatch up the bug and eat.

He's getting fast about eating them, too. He's always been a fast hunter, but once he catches them, he usually takes his time. Not last night.

Very cool love that last picture. He seems to have grown quite a bit since his last photo shoot. must be the excellent care and hand feeding regimen.

thanks for the comments and compliments.

Spykerherps,
Thank you!
Feeding him insects by hand like that, well, that was a first.
Normally, we either feed him in a separate container, or we put the roaches in that cup and sit the cup in his cage.
We've gotten away from hand feeding him because he readily eats well on his own.:D

I think I am going to weigh him either tonight or tomorrow.
As of last week, he was at 8.6 grams.
