Package said delivered 4 days ago? PLEASE HELP!

Hey all,
I ordered a few spiders last week and Ive been waiting the last few days for the package. It said it delivered it last thursday, but I SEEN the driver just go past....They also said they attempted too today, just drove past...If anyone...anyone has any exp with UPS. I need it now...I do not know what todo. Chances are they might of died.

Try to find your nearest UPS hub, call them and tell them what the situation is. They should be able to help you. I missed a shipment once and had to drive out to the hub and pick it up. I hope they are ok. Good luck.

I agree.. ANY time there is a problem with your shipment, all you need to do is call the shipping company to solve the problem. Best wishes to you, I hope you can resolve the issue and get your spiders in time!

113$ in them too. I just called thr 1800 number. They said he hasent attempted a shipment today but I SEEN him drive right past...If he dosent deliver in the next few hours, ill try to arrange to pick them up.

This is where you need to just stress the importance of the package. See if you can get the number of the driver, or request that the driver is contacted RIGHT NOW to deliver RIGHT NOW. I have had to do this before, and when you really stress how important it is, they usually will do what they can to help. Good luck.

Tell them to get the live animals off of the truck and you will come pick it up. That's what I had to do when they messed up my shipment.. sent it out from the wrong hub. Where are you located also, because they usually don't do residential deliveries after 5ish.

Yup.. just like Jess said. You need to stress the importance of live animals... Especially since it's last thursday..

Its 8:08 here, I don't think I can get the package delivered or go to pick it up. Theres still a chance there alive, shipper packs them extreamly well. Also since there spiders, only need to be fed once a week or so. Will keep you updated.
