Pallid and Discoid Roaches

I am trying to find the best alternative to Dubia Roaches as they are illegal in Florida. Does anyone know any nutritional information about Pallids and Discoids? I can only seem to find that info about Dubias. I would assume all of these roaches are pretty similar though? I was hoping to start a small colony for my two leos and could use any advice and tips on that too.

I don't know about pallids, but discoids are super similar to dubias. They look nearly identical, I would assume that their nutritional info is extremely similar as well. I have to feed discoids too since I'm in Florida as well.
