Panther gecko ?

I have a few questions, ive noticed ever since i got my panther gecko he/she seemed to have two little bulges, kinda on the sides of its belly. I was thinking it may be a girl and maybe she has eggs?
I was also wondering if it is a girl can I put another panther in with her, shes about 4-5 in right now. Would it have to be her size or could i get a baby?
She wont eat, shes always had a great appetite but now she hasnt eaten in like two or three days.

I'm guessing it is neither, panther gecko is a common name for Paroedura picta. I'll move this to the appropriate subforum, I know we have some people here who work with them.

Yeah they are Madagascar ground geckos. Ill try posting a pic.

looks like a fat little thing, if there are no bulges at the base of the tail you have a female. *like*
