How long does it take for the parasitic eggs (e.g. pinworms and hookworms) to hatch out after they get released (pooped) to the environment? I think this will determine how often I should do the "big cleanings" in the future.
At the moment, while my leos are on medication, I've lined their tank with newspaper, and changed their hides to disposable paper bowls. Whenever they deficate, I'll dump everything and replace with new ones. Is this good enough? Do I need to go as far as bathing my leos and also clean their butts and little feet as well?
