About your leo:
- Sex: fem
- Age & Weight: 8 months (?)
- How long have you owned your leo: 2 month
- Where was he/she obtained (ex. Pet store, breeder, wild caught, friend): breeder
A) Health/History
- How often do you handle your leo: almost 4 times a week at night time
- Is your leo acting any different today? If so how does he/she normally act which differs from now: nothing different., still the same sleeping at day time (she does not like the light)
- Has he/she had any problems in the past, if so please describe.this is my first problem so far
B) Fecals
- Describe (look any different than normal) soft with almost 30% water then this weird small transparent worms
- When was the last time he/she went: a day ago
C) Problem
- Please briefly describe the problem and how long it has been going on: shes acting normally., but when i check her tub earlier i noticed that her poop is not solid as usual then i found some small worms and are transparent.,
Housing:
A) Enclosure
- Size 15L
- Type (ex. glass tank) plastic tub
- Type of substrate: paper towel
- Hides, how many, what kind: one stone hide
B) Heating
- Heat source: none (i live in a tropical country., I placed her tub where the light during day time can hit it)
- Cage temps (NA
- Method of regulating heat source: NA
- What are you using to measure your temps:NA
- Do you have any lights (describe): natural sun light
C) Cage mates
- How many (males, females): none
- Describe health, or previous problems: none

A) Typical diet
- What you're feeding (how often, how much) she eat 2 superworm every other day and dusted juvie *dubia, dusted w reptivite once a week
- How are you feeding (hand fed, left in dish, ect: dropped in individually to keep count
B) Supplements (describe how often)
- What vitamin/minerals are you using (list brands) reptivite w d3
- What are you gut loading food with: oats fruits and vegs
