Pattern question

Will this little guy keep this pattern or will he change to small black spots as he grows?

he's a mack he'll loose that pattern and end up looking kind of like his dad, suck's they don't keep that white and black striped pattern.

Thanks! I thought it would change, but thought I remembered seeing some adult snows like his current pattern. Maybe they were juvies?
