i was just wondering if anyone has ever seen or breed out a patternless bell albino if not then why is it so much harder of a cross to get than the tpa or the lvpa

Nobody as of yet has produced any patternless Bells, as for the reason why not, it still isn't explained research is still being done, I know Kelli H and other top breeders have tried and are still trying to produce patternless Bells. I know Paul Allen at Bright Albino has many Double Het eggs in the incubator right now with a few more females still waiting to lay, so he should have quite a few chances at producing patternless Bells along with many other breeders here I am sure. I am thinking in the near future we will have a patternless Bell and also might have the reason as to why it is harder to produce a patternless Bell as compared to LVPA or patterness Trempers. Hope this helps!

Same as the Bell Blazing Blizzards, the work was just started earlier on the other two strains. Tim Rainwater had allready crossed the two lines so when he sold his Albinos, some of them were allready carrying the Patternless gene.

They really shouldnt be any harder to produce.

Like Dan said, this project was started later than the other two and therefore one hasn't been made yet. I think it's only a matter of time just as with any other morph.

I don't know if they're any harder to produce (genetically). I vaguely remember some threads about others who tried with no success...but I'm not sure that was the patty x bell project. I have 8 double het females that are laying eggs and breeding right now (crossed with a double het male). Hopefully I'll see one soon...but who knows! :) I'd love to hear what others know.

They arent...QUOTE]the work was just started earlier on the other two strains.[/QUOTE] The RWs and Trempers came before the Bell Albinos.

Aside from the fact, the RWs came alot sooner because Tim Rainwater sold Albinos that were allready het for Patternless. Tremper Albinos have been around longer, so the work was started on them long before it was with the Bells. Hence having Tremper and RW PA`s, and no Bells.
