I seem to have left my feeding dish in my Leo's tank last night. She keeps going to her warm hide, loafing around, then checking the food dish again to make sure there's no food in it.

I've only had her for 3 weeks, but I think I may have trained her.

OOh! She even came on to my hand tonight. She's smaller than her food dish and I've been picking it up with her in it. She doesn't seem to mind much and still eats when I do.

PROGRESS!

My leopard gecko, Comet, also has the Pavlov response...if he hears me sliding the screen off the top he comes right out looking for food (and its sure not b/c he wants to be held...he's a skittish one when it comes to handling). He also knows the look of a baggy of crickets, and the white container with his worms, he comes right out if he sees either one! So I TOTALLY know they can behave or be trained like Pavlov's dog!
