on your paypal credit card? Im not sure what you are asking. The money in your account can be spent immediatly if it is there to spend. It usually shows up online within the day.

^ that or if you mean a regular bank card, then the money will not show on the paypal account because its not in it. You can still use it when checking out, but if you actually want it on your account then you need to withdraw from it onto the account.
