I have asked this question before, but with little success, so i'll try again.
If one was to breed a TUG/Mack hybrid supersnow to a non-snow, could more supersnows be produced? In theory, this will work if the respective axanthic mutations are on separate genes, because then both snow alleles could be passed on to one animal. But, if the mutations are on the same gene then the offspring would have to be one or the other. Does anyone have any idea if this is possible?
