It was fantastic to find this little one walking around in the eggbox today!
I have been waiting for 4 month...

Walking stick? If so they are really neat creatures! I find them all the time where i live. Was it hard to get the adults to produce?

Yes, a walking stick from Peru.
No it´s not hard at all to get them to produce. The female layes two eggs/week on the bottom of the terrarium. And they can hatch there or in a little container...not to hot and very little moist.

Just having them for fun and when I have more babies ( 4 more hatched over the night ), I will give away some to friends and other people that are interested.

Well ty for the info...ive always liked walking sticks...ive found some really big ones here in oklahoma and was kinda interested to know how u tell females from males? TY for the info ahead of time!

This one is easy to tell who is who...the females is much bigger then the male.
