PET SUPPLY MINUS!!!!!!

so angry so angry!

I went to buy mealies thats all
then i saw two blizzards one missing a tail the other looks fine (they have red eyes?!? whats that about?) I freaked out cause the one minus the tail was so tiny and being housed with geckos that were almost 5 inched long! I had to buy both of them and yell at the manager for a bit. I know it wont do any good but at least i got them out of there. I don't know much about size to age yet but i will post pics of them later tonight. they had leos in shed with no moist hide. they looked so sad. just laying there in mid shed. I feel bad not being able to buy them all. I offered to adopt them till healthy and bring them back but they wouldn't go with that. the tailless one has a wound on it's head. I offered to buy a hide there to use as a moist hide but NO why keep them healthy? He looked at me like i was crazy. ranting about how bad the leo looked but buying it any way.
"Well buy one thats not sick." He said.

I hate to say it but buying them gives the pet store no reason to take care of them, they know people will buy them anyway so they just don't care anymore. Until there is a total boycott on buying sick animals from pet stores and they start losing money from the animals buying, they will sell them and people will buy them.

You are right. I just could not stand to leave them there.

I know it is that is why I don't go to the those pet stores, buy a 1000 mealies online, at grubco I think its like $12 shipped and that's a lot better than you are probably paying now anyway. Most pet stores are $2-4 for 100 and they go threw that in just a couple of days.
