The two hatchlings I got from petco on thursday (http://geckoforums.net/showthread.php?t=18758) weighed in at THREE grams yesterday.

The one seems to be eating some and pooping a decent amount.

I have watched the other drink water, but it wont seem to eat. I carefully forcefed it one meal worm last night. I figured that was its first meal worm ever and it would teach him/her to eat. S/He didn't fight it too much and it didn't seem to cause much stress.

On a funny note, when I had tried to feed a meal worm with tongs earlier in the day it touched the mealie with its nose and let out a long scream like nothing I have ever heard before.

I guess if it doesn't take to eating on its own now, my next step is making some of the slurry and feeding that to it

well, I thought that the fact that he is only 3g was a big concern. I also thought that force feeding would be too stressful. I only got him to eat one meal worm last night. How many should I force feed per day?

Also, can I use the slurry on my female that lost too much weight laying eggs? She doesn't have much of an appetite and her stool is very small
