I am wanting to start an onlilne petition to send to Petco (does Petsmart use sand??...I forget) regarding their baby leopard geckos and the substrate they are kept on. Mods, if you feel this is not the appropriate forum, please move the thread!

I would like to start a petition opposing the use of sand for baby leopard geckos (not for the adults as I feel that is too controversial a topic and there are not enough people who oppose its use for adults) and I am posting here for any suggestions on wording. I was going to start the petition on www.petitiononline.com and would like to be able to make the Petition Community "Leopard Gecko Hobbyists" or something of the like if there is a general consensus. Please let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions! If anyone knows someone more well known than myself in the reptile community that would like to be the "author" of the petition please let me know!...I feel it could be more effective to use someone more well known!

The Petsmart that is near us uses reptile carpet in their tanks but they have other issues, like no UTH and the temps are way off.
