Phoenix Worms question

I have been doing some reading on them and they seem to be one of the best feeders as far as nutrition goes. My question is, does the very high calcium and phosphorus make them more of a supplement feeder or can they be used and a main source of food for my Leos?

Also, if I no longer need to dust with calcium how would I supply them with D3? Just dust them reguardless 1-2 times a week?

Since most info I have seen about D3 was dust 1-2 times a month I imagine a good herp suppliment that included it would suffice but I'm no pro so please wait for other answers.
