phoinix worms

today i went to this reptile place and i got some phoenix woms i was told to use those instead of crickets, im planning on using a mix variety of food (mealworms, crickets,phoenix and some waxies) what do you guys think

I've been told they're to be used sparingly, like vitamins, even though the suppliers say otherwise. They're supposed to be naturally loaded with calcium and phosphorous. I just do the staple of mealworms, superworms, crickets and the very rare wax or butterworm treat. Bob
