I keep mine in 20L aquariums with one end at 85 degrees.
I use damp soil as a main substrate. Sometimes I do a half and half with soil and sand or put woodchips or moss on top to drain water differently, provide variation, allow for digging and exploration etc.
I put at the very least one "cave" like structure on the warm end. Pieces of slate laid flat on the substrate, round river rocks, driftwood, and a couple bushy plants provide cover and variation for the geckos.
I feed crickets and mealworms as staples, sould like to experiment with different roaches at some point.
These guys will breed at any time of the year, it is advisable to remove your females from the male's enclosure for a few months every year to prevent her from being overbred and dying early.

Hope this information helped somewhat :main_thumbsup:

I keep my pictus in a rack system. Substrate is computer paper cut to length. Gladware sandwich containers with holes cut in the top. paper towel in them misted every 2-3 days . Hot spot right around 85-87 degrees. We have about 20 that are kept that way.
