Placement of temp and thermostat probes

I currently have my thermostat and temp probes beside each other near the opening of the humid/warm hide. Is this correct? Should they be inside the hide? Should they be together? Where does everyone else put their temp and thermostat probes?

The probes should be together over the warmest spot of the floor surface, but you may want to keep the moist hide on the cool side and the dry hide on the warm side.

Thank you, golden gate geckos! I will continue to keep the probes together over the center of the UTH then. I didn't realize that the humid hide went on the coolside...I will need to change that. The other forum suggested the warm/moist and warm/dry on the warm side and the cool/dry on the cool side, but you have more experience so I will make the changes! grin
