I see pores, so my "newbie" guess would be male. But, will bump this to the experts.

I see the pores but I dont see any bulges which just might mean it is too young and it will develop them later or it could be female since females have the pores too just not as pronounced. I would just wait a little while and check again when it is a little bigger.
