PLEASE HELP WHAT IS THIS

My male leopard gecko has some sort of abcess on it's anus. I don't know what it is but I know its not dried poop. I tried pulling it off but its like its attatched to my gecko. Its attatched like a tooth would be when its near to being pulled. like a slightly medium-thick skin holding it together. Hopefully this thing will dry up and fall out. Please, what is this and how do I treat it? Its not normal, I can tell you that.

Its not a good idea to pull on it! it could be a prolapse or a sperm plug both of which are painful.
best thing to go to a vet asap
