please help with my corydoras catfish and applesnails

number one my corydoras is swimming upside down literally for seconds and then sinks and doesnt move, but if you disturb it it swims upside down again and then sinks.
secondly i have 2 apple snails, and theyr colours are peeling of theyre shells and leaving a white shell..
please help me

The snail thing can occur due to too little calcium and/or water that is too soft. Other things, too, but those may be more difficult to pinpoint. As for your cory, well, if any of my fish act like that, they are usually on their way out. Do you only have one? They are much more "comfortable" in schools.

Was the aquarium recently set up? If it wasn't cycled properly the fish may be suffering from new tank syndrome... basically not enough good bacteria developed and way too much ammonia.
