- How long have you owned your leo: over a year and a half
- Where was he/she obtained (ex. Pet store, breeder, wild caught, friend): breeder
A) Health/History

- Is your leo acting any different today? If so how does he/she normally act which differs from now: she has been acting the same as usual, but she seems distressed

- When was the last time he/she went: it has been quite a while since she has not eaten
C) Problem
- Please briefly describe the problem and how long it has been going on: it appears that she has a puncture in her eye, and she cannot see out of it. It also looks like a small rip in her eye were the little hole starts. Her eye looks very glassy and teary, and a little bit swollen.
Housing:
A) Enclosure
- Size: 10 gallon tank
- Type (ex. glass tank): glass tank
- Type of substrate: paper towels
- Hides, how many, what kind: 3 hides, 1 is a moist hide and it’s kind of rough, the other two are smooth and one of those is like a cave kind of thing and the inside is a little rough.
B) Heating
- Heat source: 2 heating pads, and a heat lamp
- Cage temps (hot side, cool side): hot side- 83.3 cold side- 77.4
- Method of regulating heat source: temp. gauge
- What are you using to measure your temps: thermometer
- Do you have any lights (describe): 1 heat lamp
C) Cage mates
- How many (males, females): 1 female
- Describe health, or previous problems: there have been no problems with Freya, she is a very healthy, strong gecko. She has had no past problems with my other gecko.
Describe Diet:
A) Typical diet
- What you're feeding (how often, how much): I usually put about 40 mealworms in the feeder dish in their tank every night
- How are you feeding (hand fed, left in dish, etc.): I occasionally hand feed them, but most of the time I leave their food in the dish
B) Supplements (describe how often)
- What vitamin/minerals are you using (list brands):
- What are you gut loading food with: I gut load the mealworms with ground up oats and I mix calcium in it.
Sparx is a Snow Bell Enigma Leo, she has enigma syndrome, and she has what looks like a small puncture hole in her right eye. Starting at the little hole it looks like it scratched all the way down her eye. From what I think, her tank mate, Freya, may have stepped on Sparx’s eye and her claw may have put the hole in her eye and scratched it. She seems to be in pain and when she walks around it looks like she is blind. She fumbles around her cage with no sense of direction, and she has the right side of her head turned up in the air, so it looks like she is trying to walk sideways. Is there anything I can do for her? Should I take her to the vet to see what they can do? Please help!!
