his parents are:
Dreamsickle and Raptor

so i think it should be a raptor or a ms raptor.
he has solid red eyes, but why is he banded/jungled? ...

That's normal, not all raptors come out patternless.

To me it looks like a raptor.


But you can have a banded or jungle mack snow raptor
