It could possible be a bite. I have never fed supers so I am not very helpful. Probably keep an eye on it and if it gets bigger I would make a trip to the vet to be safe. Sorry I am not much help.

Looks like a bite to me as well. Do you leave worms or crickets loose in your gecko's enclosure? Or could it just have occurred from feeding the worm itself? You may want to consider feeding supers head first to your Leo, or crushing their head in advance to prevent it from happening again.

agreed, I have a gecko that will only eat supers and I feed them to him head first so he crushes it before getting bitten.
it dose look like a bite, but iv also seem something that looks similar to that where the gecko had broken a section of teeth on the upper jaw.
as said before keep an eye on it, if it swells more then a vet trip is needed. You could try cleaning it with warm water.
