pogo wont shed his tail

my beardie isnt shedding his tail. He's had 2 sheds about to be a 3rd and he hasnt shed his tail. you can see the dead skin sitting on top its not loose though. I cant even help him get it off its just discolored. is this normal?

It will shed in its own time. Just keep up your regular soaks and feeding routine and it will pop when its ready. Other than looking dull the tail is ok right?

yeah the only other thing is that his coloring is changing a lot and really fast with each shed so his tail is much darker and even though it's dull it still looks more brownish than the rest of him...as he is starting to turn oranger.... i keep trying to post pictures but it's not letting me.
