poop question

i have a leopard gecko he's about 4 months now . about a week ago he's poops with a very foul smell. is this i sign of parasites? im kinda worried. but he eats a lot

Yes very foul smelling stool can be a sign of bacterial or parasitic infection. The gecko could be eating a lot to replace the nutrients that are being taken by a parasite. One way to find out would be to have a vet run a fecal exam.
