possible blind RAPTOR?

I recently got a nice looking RAPTOR at a reptile show. She looked a little skinny compared to the others, but still a sub adult around 20 grams. She seemed to get thinner and never saw her eat or poop. I started hand feeding her and she is doing much better. Is this a common thing with snake eyed animals? I don't really want to have to hand feed her forever as I have quite a few. But I wont let her starve either !

Anyone else have experience like this?

Maybe she isn't very interested in the type feeder. Do you know what she was eating before you got her?
