I have my 3 females housed in a 30g. They have been together since late fall, the two older ones spent most of the winter slowed down. They are just staring to wake up now. The youngest and newest I think is being picked on. Whenever I seen her she is on the top ledge as far away as possible. I took her out to inspect t her and she has what look like faint bite marks on her tail, and two tiny scabs. I separated her tonight, she is still in excellent shape. Was taking her out the right thing to do? Or should I see if they can work it out? Would it possible to try and reintroduce her when she's a little bit bigger?

You did the right thing separating them, they don't really "work it out". Their way of working it out is by bite marks.

You could attempt to reintroduce them later when one grows larger. They should all be similar in size before you put them together. But if they aren't working out right now, chances are they won't work out later. Sometimes you have a feisty female, she'll be that way and won't like having other geckos around.

They all were similar, this just a bit smaller. But I have a huge albino in there, I think she's boss. She's ok with the other female, just didnt like this one I guess. Will have to do some restructuring when my other females come from tug. Will try keeping females in pairs only.
