I've looked around and found every different kind of answer there is, so I'll post mine since I haven't found anything pertaining to my issue.

Our leopard gecko hasn't pooped in sometime now, and we're really getting worried.
He's a little over a year old we believe(pet store gecko, they didn't have anything on the hatch date)

His whole setup in case anyone spots anything wrong.

His tank is a 20 long, slate tile with 4 hides, 2 of which are multilevel 1 is humid, a calcium bowl, and shallow water dish larger than he is.

His temps are abut 96-98 in the basking spot, roughing 85-88 everywhere else except the cool side which is 70-75 depending on time of day/night. the whole tank drops about 5 degrees during the night, however his favorite hide is directly on top of the UTH so he can stay warm. humidity fluctuates from 20-50%, but generally hovers around 30%.

He receives calcium with D3 and a multivitamin, both exo-terra brand. The multivitamin we just started about a week ago.

He is eating fine, since I noticed the issue of him not pooping a few days(five days as of tonight actually) back he's eaten 12 crickets and a wax worm. He's still plenty active and not too lethargic(I'm in Missouri and my house isn't the best insulated, so he can be lethargic on those nights when the temperatures dip down very low.) and he hunted down the crickets quickly, no sluggishness.

We've taken to soaking him in a warm water bowl up to his belly twice a day the past two days but it hasn't done anything.

If anyone has any experience with this any advice/help would be greatly appreciated

What do you have in the humid hide? He could have accidentally swallowed a chunk of something.

One thing I have seen advised is to give them drops of vegetable oil, try looking that up.

Alot of people use olive oil drops on the nose. The floor temp should be 90 and they they dont need a basking light. Bright light (daytime) is not there thing. The introduction of multivitamin may have affected his systems since it just started a week ago.

Id continue with the mv and warm baths and belly rubs. Then try to warm up the floor temp to 90 without using the basking light. Remember...its 90F when the leo lays down in a spot.....but within minutes that temp drops because the leo is blocking the heat from the lamp. .....So the leo's belly temp is not staying at 90F for proper digestion.

Woop!

He pooped this morning!
I'd been giving warm baths, and before I left for the new years party I put two dots of oil on the tip of his snout.
Got back in late the next night and nothing, so another warm bath and 1 dot of oil. Which was only about a 5 minute bath because I was operating on 2 hours of sleep.
Woke up this morning and lo' and behold, poop.

What was strange, apart from the massive size, was the urate was twice the size of the actual poop.
