possible impaction...

hey, i think my young leo (7months but remained dwarf 23g) has possibly swallowed a woodchip she's gone from eating everything and everything and pooping fine to not eating and doing very very small poops :/

is there anyway of checking to see for impaction without going to a vet?

try her on a few small drops of mineral oil and a warm soak for a few mins. repet for a few days a this normaly flushes out the system. and also really reall shouldnt keep on wood chips for this exact reason! i would remove them all at once

i thought the woodchips would have been too big for her to swallow :/ but she does have a bad aim and used to miss the crickets would she be able to pass a woodchip?

taken her off the woodchips but she's perkup up taken two mealies and two wax worms and done a decent size poop with proper urate bit after i gave her a good soak with the watertub on her heat mat! so think she might have just had a lil constipation hopefully anyway!
