Possible to Make HyZzards? :freak:

From what I have heard, to get hybinos you breed a hypo tang with an albino and then mate these het offspring together, correct? So you should have an approximate chance of getting 50% hybino, 25% tangerine, and 25% albino, right? I really like blizzards, and I'm wondering if it would be possible to do a similar project between Hypos and Blizzards and end up with something like HyZzards.

Uhhhhh, there are no spots on a blizzard, sao aren't they already hypo?

Not only that but I don't think that Blizzard allow tangerine coloration that hypos have basically just the everyday BB.

See I am the genetics idiot but from what i do know blizzards are hatched with no spots, hypos and super hypos hatch with bands that go to spots or not so I have no idea what would happen in the genetics areas of a blizzard X super hypo then breeding the offspring back to each other.

Heck since you mentioned it, if I had the needed breeders, Id do it just to see what would pop up!

Well, asking anything is never stupid, and hypo means a few spots, not none Super hypo would be none. But they would still hatch with banding and that would fade to some to no spots to figure out if they are hypo or super hypo.

The term "hypo" means 'deficiency' or 'lacking' in Latin. This is the opposite of "hyper" which means 'abundance'. In Leopard Gecko morphs, 'hypo' means lacking in melanin, pattern, and/or spots. In the case of hypo-tangerine, it means a reduced amount of melanin, which is the chemical in the skin that produces the dark markings. A 'super-hypo' means no markings and/or spots on the body.
