Pre-wired Heat Tape?

I know there was a thread asking about this somewhere, but I couldn't find it. So I apologize for repeating this.

Anyone know a place where I can get pre-wired heat tape? Looking to do some comparing. Did a google search and only found one place that said they can prewire, but no info was given on how much doing that would cost.
