I have 2 little food dishes in my gecko's tank. One is for worms and the other is for the calcium supplement. I usually drop the worms in the supplement dish and roll them around like a piece of chicken going into batter :D before dropping them in to the food dish. Today I was thinking - could I just leave them in the supplement dish? They burrow in it, maybe they'll eat it and be more nutritious by the time they're eaten. What do you guys think?

Yes you can. However, the worms should not be burrowing in the vitamin/calcium powder. You can just put the worms in the dish and sprinkle some vitamin/calcium powder on top of them. The gecko will eat some of the calcium/vitamin supplement while trying to eat the worms, and the worms will also gut-load themselves with it.

Hope this helps!
