Sorry, I couldn't find any better section to post this. I was herping today and I found a dead painted turtle. It is mostly cleaned out, it had been in the water for a long time. There's still a little bit of loose flesh, and I'd like to find the best way to clean, sanitize, and preserve it without losing its beautiful colors. Does anyone have experience with which they can help me?
