Prewired Flexwatt?

I had seen a thread on here a while back about a company that sold prewired Flexwatt and now that I'd like to invest in some, I can't find the thread.

Does anyone remember the thread? Or know where I can find Flexwatt prewired, ready to go?

(And did any of that make sense?)
